The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway company, began the SAP S/4HANA Journey in 2018 and went live in North America on July 1, 2019. Hear how Lubrizol leveraged technology that visualizes as-is business processes based on system data to support companies on the business transformation journey to S/4, including pre-transition activities, during go-live and hyper-care, as well as post-transition activities. Sample use cases for each phase will be presented. Analyses have been used to visualize the new S/4HANA processes as well as measure effectiveness of enhancements. Lubrizol will describe an example of a question from leadership and discuss how technology can answer the leadership call to action to continuously improve processes and provide transparency across operating units and divisions. Lubrizol will also share lessons learned and what’s next in their Process Mining Journey.
