SAP Asset Intel­li­gence Net­work is a cloud-based net­work for OEMs, asset own­ers, oper­a­tors, reg­u­la­tors, and ser­vice providers host­ed by SAP. It runs on SAP Cloud Plat­form and is part of the SAP Intel­li­gent Asset Man­age­ment solu­tion port­fo­lio. Serv­ing as a glob­al reg­istry of equip­ment, the net­work shares com­mon def­i­n­i­tions among the busi­ness part­ners who sub­scribe and sup­ports the deliv­ery of col­lab­o­ra­tive busi­ness mod­els that pro­mote true oper­a­tional excellence. 

This ses­sion will sum­ma­rize the mar­ket dynam­ics for SAP cus­tomers, includ­ing the con­verg­ing needs of main­te­nance and ser­vice oper­a­tions for new out­come-based busi­ness mod­els. SAP will present a port­fo­lio update and strat­e­gy with cus­tomer exam­ples and use cases.
