Abstract:
Improving customer satisfaction is key to any successful business. A standard form letter in the mail is quickly disregarded or not effective. See how we have used SAP CRM and OpenText to allow our correspondence to be dynamic, effective, and efficiently created. Use of templates and the ability to see the output in real-time, make edits, handle approvals, and pick different channels are all part of the process which comes together in order to make customer communication successful.
