In 2020, ASUG joined with DSAG (Deutschsprachige SAP-Anwen­der­gruppe) to exam­ine the sim­i­lar­i­ties and dif­fer­ences among SAP cus­tomers in Cana­da, the U.S., Ger­many, Aus­tria, and Switzer­land. Our goal was to bet­ter under­stand their expe­ri­ences with SAP S/4HANA.

This col­lab­o­ra­tive study came from data pro­vid­ed by 700 par­tic­i­pants across the Unit­ed States, Cana­da, Mex­i­co, Ger­many, Aus­tria, and Switzer­land who are con­sid­er­ing imple­ment­ing SAP S/4HANA and those who are already live on the ERP sys­tem. We also con­duct­ed qual­i­ta­tive research with near­ly 50 cus­tomers through in-depth inter­views to fol­low up on our quan­ti­ta­tive insights.
