And so it was only fit­ting that the con­fer­ence’s day-three keynote focused on all three of those top­ics, as ASUG CEO & Chief Com­mu­ni­ty Cham­pi­on Geoff Scott host­ed a live­ly dis­cus­sion between Matt Schwartz, Glob­al Head of AWS SAP Alliance and Part­ner Net­work at Ama­zon Web Ser­vices, and Max Wes­sel, Exec­u­tive Vice Pres­i­dent & Chief Learn­ing Offi­cer of SAP Learn­ing. 

Reflect­ing on how orga­ni­za­tions can devel­op, cap­ture, and retain the skills and com­pe­ten­cies need­ed to thrive dur­ing busi­ness trans­for­ma­tion, the keynote dis­cus­sion addressed the impor­tance of con­tin­u­ous learn­ing, the widen­ing tech­nol­o­gy skills gap, and the need to impart SAP skills to younger gen­er­a­tions.
